Fleeting World Cards came about through my love of the natural world

Through connecting strongly with the impermanent nature of things and relishing the present moment I have been drawn to capturing the beauty of these wonderful natural processes in nature – the flowers, cobwebs, the play of light, anything that catches my eye.

To begin with I enjoyed printing some of my photos and making them into cards for my friends, delighting in being able to share those precious moments with people I care about. Their enjoyment in receiving these cards, along with a need to try and boost my pension, encouraged me to make more cards and to sell them on events run within the Buddhist Movement that I am involved with.

The success of this, and with further encouragement from my friends, led to this further stage of making the cards available more widely. It brings a lot of joy and satisfaction knowing that through my cards I am contributing to the well wishing that comes through sending messages to family and friends on all sorts of occasions.
